Exchange & Return Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us!

With the exception of personalized tees, complimentary exchanges are available for any item within 30 days of purchase.

Customers wishing to complete a final return or exchange an item MUST obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") Number prior to receipt. Final returns must be mailed within 10 days of receipt.

To place an inquiry for an RA number customers wishing to exchange or return an item may mail ra@americanacouture.com, and must include the date of order, order number, and be a verified customer of Luxestar Apparel.

Returns may only be made for new, unused and/or unworn items. Items returned must be shipped in the same condition received, in the proper packaging to ensure quality preservation. Please note: Custom pieces, Standard cut shirts, Worn items, damaged items, or items sent without an "RA" will NOT be accepted for final return, exchanges are available with advance approval.

Some items are non-returnable. Those that are must be in new, resalable condition. As all items are made to order any piece that is returned is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, returns will be calculated upon the original sale price, without consideration of coupons or special promotions. Custom items, and items previously exchanged are non refundable. Please ensure you pack your item in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage. Include a printed statment explaining the reason for return and what you want; i.e. exchange for another item (specify title and item number), or a refund. If we made a mistake while filling the order, we will refund shipping charges, otherwise shipping charges are non-refundable.

Luxestar Apparel LLC does guarantee all merchandise is in new, pristine condition, unless expressly otherwise stated (ie: vintage pieces). Final designs WILL vary from the virtual image samples shown online, these examples are provided for general concept and style for the product purchased.
