AUTHENTIC SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL STUDDED WORKS OF ART: Each piece is a work of art and no two are alike. We securely rivet and stud each of our hand worked shirts with authentic Swarovski Austrian crystals, not to be confused with paste or hot-glued rhinestones.

Styles are available in a wide range of sizes and styles from short and long sleeved T-shirts, to halters, bikini's and even jeans. We have the cut and fit for you! Final designs WILL vary somewhat from the virtual samples shown online. The examples online are provided for general concept and style for the product purchased. Please study the item before purchase. With hand work design, layout and style will vary! If you have a special request, please contact luxestarapparel@att.net and let us know. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

PAYMENT: Luxestar Apparel accepts Visa & Mastercard and Paypal.

Payment of your order of a specific item online constitutes a binding contract to produce the item made to your specifications per your order request. However, if you do not discuss your desires with our staff we will complete the item to the best of our ability and in the manner that will make the design an Luxestar Apparel origional. This still constitues a binding contract.

Your card will be charged at the time of order. Processing may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for custom made to order items. Payment of your order of a specific item online constitutes a binding contract to produce the item made to your specifications, per your order request. Please review our terms for processing and delivery of your item below. Our items are hand made to order. Please consult our shipping schedule for estimated delivery dates.

SPECIAL ORDERS, SHIPPING & HANDLING: To provide you with the widest range of styles and sizes, we order special styles & sizes upon demand, which may require additional time for final delivery to our customers. Processing time is different than shipping time. If you order overnight delivery, the item will be hand made to order and released for delivery within an average of 7 to 10 business days unless a rush is specified. Special sizes include XXL and XXXL pieces, along with unique tops including halters, camisoles, and other special styles.

Unless otherwise stated, Items will be shipped from our location within 14 TO 21 business days. We ship by USPS Priority, signature confirmation, however, we cannot be responsible for delays in shipping caused by the shipping provider.

If you require your item for a special occasion, or are in need of rush orders, special arrangements and rush orders can be arranged, based upon availability, for an additional charge. In the event your item is backordered, or requires special attention, we will contact you.

In most instances, please allow 1 - 3 weeks for orders to be shipped unless otherwise stated in our shipping update section. If we have a problem with the order or product availability  you will be contacted,  you may additionally contact us at any time with any questions or comments.



IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT YOUR ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD. WE WILL CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE COST (AND METHOD) OF SHIPPING YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND FINALIZED.

FOR DOMESTIC CLIENTS IF THERE ARE NO CHARGES FOR SHIPPING, YOUR ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO BE ASSESSED BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED AND FINALIZED.



MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY: We supply our Swarovski crystal studded designs on a made to order basis. We try our best to fill all orders as soon as we receive them. In some cases we reserve the right to substitute for the closest available style; should this be required we will contact you and the order will be placed on hold. Should you need the merchandise within a certain period of time, or a special occasion please mention it in the COMMENT SECTION of the order form. Custom orders require additional processing time up to 30 days, unless a rush order and deadline are specified. Payment of your order of a specific item online constitutes a binding contract to produce the item made to your specifications per your order request. All custom items are charged and purchased at the time the order is placed. CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED. Artwork will be submitted prior to production of the item unless the client waives interest in a proof. We will e-mail you on the status. If we are unable to meet your deadline we will make sure to inform you by e-mail- please ensure your e-mail address is correct.

How to wash and care for your Luxestar Apparel

SWAROVSKI CRYSTALS: We use ONLY the highest quality authentic foil back Swarovski Crystals on all products. Crystal size is either 16 ss, 20 ss (1/2 carat), or 30 ss.

Luxestar Apparel produces and manufacturers all items at its production site. The items sold are original Luxestar Apparel products and designs made with authentic Swarovski components.



OUR GUARANTEE:

Luxestar Apparel does unconditionally guarantee all merchandise is in new, pristine condition, unless expressly otherwise stated (ie: vintage pieces). All products are guaranteed to be authentic, with the utmost quality. Final designs WILL vary from the virtual image samples shown online, these examples are provided for general concept and style for the product purchased. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Luxestar Apparel, LLC is NOT responsible for misuse of its hand-studded merchandise. Luxestar Apparel, LLC endeavors to make sure that each crystal is adequately secured by the tiffany backing. However, Luxestar Apparel, LLC is NOT responsible for damage and/or injury of any kind if any of the crystal and/or the tiffany setting(s) were to become loose.



EXCHANGE POLICY:

Exchanges are available upon request. Customers wishing to exchange any items are responsible for shipping costs. There is a limit of one exchange per item ordered. Exchanged items are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY:



Those that are returned must be in new, resellable condition. As all items are made to order any piece that is returned is subject to a 35% re-stocking fee, returns will be calculated upon the original sale price, without consideration of coupons or special promotions. Items previously exchanged are non refundable. Please ensure you pack your item in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage. Include a printed statment explaining the reason for return and what you want; i.e. exchange for another item (specify title and item number), or a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LUXESTAR APPAREL'S RESTOCKING FEE IS 35%.
